The Financial Operations group of departments are charged with the financial activities of McAllen Public Utility and providing support and guidance to various City and utility departments as well as to the water, sewer and reclaimed water customers of the City of McAllen. Included under this category are the Treasury Management, Customer Relations, Utility Billing and Meter Reader departments.
